Very nice. I think some areas in her shirt are just too bright. Her face has nice tonal range. I'd like to see just a little more detail in the hair. Compositionally, this is good. Maybe slightly cropped too close to her elbows. The lighting creates a nice mood. It's a good portrait.

its a great photo with soft tones but near her bangs, it's pixellated from sharpening... also, there are a few pixels of white bordering on the left side of the photo, perhaps a little more cropping in could fix it? +8/9
